You can walk to the counter of Europcar - BRISBANE AIRPORT Europcar car hire.

Domestic Arrivals: Europcar has two counters located within the Domestic Terminal (Qantas & Virgin Arrivals) and are located opposite the baggage carousels. If these counters are unattended, please proceed to the main Europcar booth which is located in the car park directly opposite the terminal by crossing the Skybridge and then taking the lifts located at the far end to 'Level 1, Car Rentals'.The Europcar booth is located at the far end of the car park, accessible by the pedestrian walkway. International Arrivals: The Europcar counter is located in the Arrivals Hall on Level 2 within the International Terminal.

Drop-off Instructions

Domestic Returns: Follow signs to Domestic Airport, then follow ‘Rental Cars’ lane markings and signage (This is in black with White writing on the road and on overhead signs on the way into the domestic terminal). Guests must use the entrance. to the car park signed for car rentals and continue to Europcar. at the far end of the car park. When entering, use the first entry. lane and park the vehicle in the section marked ‘Returns’ on the left after the building. International Returns: Follow signs to the International Terminal, then follow ‘Rental Cars’ lane markings and overhead signage. Europcar is the final company in the section. Guests must park. the vehicle and return keys to Level 2 ‘Arrivals’ to staff or into dropbox located on the right-hand side of the desk.

An unsealed road refers to a constructed or formed road that is not sealed with a hard material, such as tar, bitumen or concrete. Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads.Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line unless Snow Cover has been purchased.Excluded from the protection is driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. ターミナル内の店舗ではなく、シャトルバスで移動した店舗だった。それが判明するまでに30分以上ロス。また、移動先の店舗でも予約した車が違う人に渡ってしまっており、急遽別の車を借りることになった。予定期間内に返却後も、延滞料金として数万円の追加請求された。最終的に追加請求分は返金されたが、最後まで不安が残った

I booked a Mitsubishi ASX but received a Chery instead, which was still quite new. Although I was initially very dissatisfied, they replied that it was a similar car of the same category. QEEQ mentioned that I could go to Europcar to exchange it, but I decided to keep it since there might not be a similar car available. Chery's model isn't available in my country, and the new car was quite pleasant to drive, making my month in Brisbane enjoyable. Europcar didn't push insurance on me; I requested full coverage myself. It turned out to be the right decision because I scuffed the front left side, and the final settlement didn't cost me anything—it would have been very expensive to repair it myself. The final bill was settled about two weeks after returning the car. Europcar is a big company, very efficient, and the cars are new. Nice.
