Pick-up Instructions

Proceed to the Spots Zone outside the offices of the Rental Car (Terminal A, B or C). Locate with Precision Parking where you will be picked up, either in OFF-Airport Parkings 11, 12 or 13 (Terminals A and B), for at Terminal C any OFF-Airport Parking. Confirm by a telephone message or phone call that you are located in the parking mentioned above. Important to mention the terminal you have landed. We sent you a photograph of the shuttle bus along with the name of the driver who's going to pick you up from the parking announced. Any additional information should not hesitate to contact us.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.
