Pick-up Instructions

After luggage collection please proceed outside of the terminal, at Ground Transportation and follow the instructions below; Upon arrival please call at 954-360-8000 and a representative will arrange the pick-up for you in a courtesy shuttle bus of (Next Car Rental) to the office, located at 3255 McCoy Rd, Orlando, FL 32812, Florida. Terminal A: Please proceed to the ground transportation level. A11, A12 or A13 Terminal B: Please proceed to the ground transportation level B11, B12 or B13 C: Please proceed to the ground transportation level C277

Drop-off Instructions

To return the vehicle during regular business hours, please proceed to the local office where an agent will assist you with the check-out process. For returns between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, please ensure the vehicle is parked in a secure location & place the keys in the designated drop-off box located near the front entrance of the office. If the vehicle is to be returned between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, please arrange for airport drop-off with the rental agent at the time of vehicle pick-up.
