You can walk to the counter of Budget - Orlando International Airport car hire.

Airport Terminal Instructions There are three Terminals at Orlando Airport (A, B, & C). (It is important to add your flight number to your reservation to ensure that our team can have your vehicle ready at the proper terminal, and get you on your way quickly.) COUNTER: TERMINALS A & B: After collecting luggage, please follow signs to Ground Transportation and proceed to the car rental counter on Level 1. Once you have been assigned a vehicle, make your way to Level 2 in the garage for vehicle retrieval. TERMINAL C: After collecting luggage, please make your way to the rental car counters. Once you have been assigned a vehicle, make your way to Level 2 in the garage for vehicle retrieval. *BRIGHTLINE TRAIN PASSENGERS* Rail passengers renting from Terminal C After exiting the Brightline train please follow signs to "Terminal C", then enter the parking garage and use the elevator to go down to level 2. Please cross the garage and make your way to the Budget Reader Board to find the preassigned contract. Rail passengers directing to the main airport with Terminal A/B When customers exit the Brightline train they should follow signs to "Terminal A, B". They will go down escalators and ride the tram directly to Terminal A and B. RETURNS: We have returns available in all 3 terminals. After hour returns are accepted. Budget counters in Terminals A, B, and C are open 24 hours. To save you time and avoid an additional 15-minute shuttle, it is very important that you return to the terminal in which your flight is departing. Please follow signage for the terminal connected to your corresponding return flight. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Please leave your keys in the vehicle, and we will email your receipt. LOCAL RENTALS: Local renters may go directly to the car lot. Please proceed to Terminal A to pick up your vehicle. Follow the instructions above based on your Fastbreak membership status.

The time spent waiting to get served at the Budget desk in Orlando International Airport was ridiculous. There were only 3 staff on duty and they spent a long time trying to sell add ons and extras to the customers instead of trying to keep the waiting time down. The car could have been cleaner and there was some slight damage on the car that made me nervous that they might try to charge me for it as nobody comes with you to get the car.

A management disaster!! I arrived at the car hire centre at 7.30pm to find that the Budget line was the longest and we had to wait over two hours to get my documents checked and paperwork signed. The excuse was that the airport has some plumbing problems and terminal A was closed so everyone was sent to terminal B car hire, however this did explain why other rental firms had short lines. The situation was very badly managed: • Budget should have advised the people in the line that it would take over two hours to process, other members of family could then sit down or get coffee etc. • There was no need for the entire families to be in the same line as the main drivers, this just made matters worse. • If Budget are going to blame the airport, then they should have told the people in the line. • Maybe hand out bottles of bottles of water to people, the least they could have done. • Show some regret to customers when they finally got to the counter, no reasons were given unless they were asked. Once I got my paperwork, I was told go another counter where they tried to get me the car I selected, it was just chaos, staff on the radio and phones begging and demanding cars in front of waiting customers. My family and I finally left the airport at 11pm. I understand in business that things somethings go wrong and companies are often judged on how they deal with problems but Budget really let themselves down on this one, there was no attempt to explain or improve the situation. Added to this the car was not cleaned properly and dirty inside. Never again!

After queuing for over 2 hours at MCO airport waiting to collect a car, whilst my 3 children and 2 elderly relatives waited, I decided to cut my losses and get a taxi to our holiday rental - we got into the property after 10pm having landed at MCO before 6pm. I then had to return to MCO the following day (another taxi fare incurred) to pick up the rental car I'd pre-paid for. Now I was told that no large 7 seat SUVs were available and they managed to find a small 7 seat SUV, though still at the same price. This experience has put me off using Budget again.

We queued fir 2 hours to pick the car up which after an 8 + hour flight was terrible especially with children. Not enough staff and was a lengthy process. The server was polite but we ended up paying quite a bit extra after his successful suggestive selling of add ons. Also the car wasn’t in the bay we were told it was. It was a swift drop off which was a relief. I’m not sure I’d use the firm again solely on the terrible wait to pick the car up. Things we’re getting very heated in the queue.

The rear door was very hard to lift. The locking system was difficult as you had to be right next to drivers door for it to unlock. You couldn't lock or unlock other doors without the drivers door open first. This caused frustrations. Also you could only use one Bluetooth connection at any one time. So if one person wants to listen to their music and the driver wants to use the google maps this was not possible. Thanks

The queue at Budget was long and the customer service agent gave me the wrong information on e-toll charges. I asked him whether it was possible to pay cash at the tolls and did not get an answer. He just told me each time I passed through a toll I would get charged USD 9 plus twice the toll charge which I later found was the wrong information. Then they gave me a car which was not there. The parking spot we were told to go to to get the car was empty. We were then offered a truck which I refused. Finally, a car was just brought back and we were offered that car. The petrol gauge was not full. The needle was below F, but the budget agent kept insisting it was full. Finally, she agreed we could return the car with the petrol tank 7 eighths full. We then tried to get out of the budget car park but were refused by the staff making the exit as the car allocated in the system was not the car I was given.
