They will bring you to our office, located at 8443 McCoy Rd, Orlando, FL 32822, Florida. I reserved a rav 4 type SUV, but they gave me a hatchback car and insisted it was the same type. I specifically booked an SUV because I had a lot of luggage. Very poor service at the store. The store is located in a shabby parking lot and feels like a private one.
