Pick-up Instructions

The ETRIP - Rentals car hire location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to ETRIP - Rentals car hire when you arrived.

To save waiting time, please fill in the flight number when you order. When you ready to be picked up, please ring Etrip customer service number on 0800 2 ETRIP (0800 238 747) or +64 220 688 888 to arrange transport. Please wait at Pick Up/Drop off area outside of GATE 3. Airport Accommodation pickups can be arranged at free of charge. For after hour pick up, please ring 3rd party service provider “Park N Fly” on +64 9 257 0992 / 0800 747 227, and wait for Park N Fly shuttle bus. You will need to pay a handling fee of 50 NZD per pickup/dropoff.

Drop-off Instructions

You must please contact the staff at least one hour before you return the car. After confirmation, please return the car to the car hire company store (27 Aintree Ave, Mangere, Auckland 2022, New Zealand）and staff will send you to the airport. If you return the car during the working hours of the car hire company (8: 00-18: 00), it will provide you with free delivery and return service. If you need to return the car in non-store business hours, you will need to contact location staff in advance and pay a handling fee of 50 NZD. Please do not park the car at the airport. Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. Communication was timely. One month after returning the car, there were some follow-up issues, and the car rental company helped to handle them. It’s still being processed... I am speechless about the reporting behavior in New Zealand.
