You can arrive of Mint Rentals - Auckland Airport car hire by free shuttle bus.

After retrieving your luggage, kindly contact our office at toll-free 0800 842424 or +64 9 930 8271 for complimentary shuttle service. Proceed to Exit 8, pass through the pedestrian crossing, and follow the signs labeled "Car Rentals" and "Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles" for approximately 5-7 minutes until you reach Waiting Lane 5. Our shuttles, identifiable by our company name, operate on a 15-20 minute frequency. Please signal to the driver. Board the shuttle to our rental office and collect your rental car. Operating hours (Mon - Sun, 8am-4:59pm): Reach out to us at 0800 842424 or +64 9 930 8271. After-hours (Mon - Sun, 5:00pm-7:59am): Contact Aeropark at 0800 237 672 or +64274144712. An after-hours service fee of NZD$45 will be charged. Schedule after-hours pickups at least 24 hours in advance to secure availability. Alternatively, you may opt to collect your rental car from our office the following day during regular business hours.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning your rental car is straightforward. During business hours (Mon-Sun, 8am-4:59pm), please return the car to 103 Westney Road, Mangere, Auckland. Arrive at least 4 hours before international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights. Ensure the fuel level matches the level at pickup to avoid a NZD$20 fee. Nearby petrol stations include Waitomo on Richard Pearce Drive and Mobil on Massey Road. Ensure the vehicle is clean and all personal items are removed. Hand over the keys to our staff, who will conduct a 5-minute check to ensure the vehicle's condition matches its state at pickup. Our free shuttle will transport you to the airport; allow 15-20 minutes for this journey. The last shuttle departs at 4:59pm. After-hours drop-offs (Mon-Sun, 5:00pm-7:59am) are managed by Aeropark at 0800 237 672 or +64274144712 and incur a NZD$50 service charge. Ferry Transportation: Not Allowed

Mint Rentals does not allow to bring the rental vehicle to ferry. You will drop off your car at one port and collect another after crossing to the other island. A minimum of 3 days consecutive rental required in each island (If the minimum length of rental requirement is not met, then the rental will be charged as two separate hires.).
