Courtesy Shuttle Service operates between the ACE Branch and Airport Terminals during the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm Free pick-up and drop-off service to branch for customers from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm serving domestic & international terminals and airport accommodation. CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT Call branch after collecting your luggage. From Domestic: exit terminal via skywalk following signs for Bus Zone. Ground floor of Bus Zone, wait in areas C1 and C2. International: exit at Coach Departures door, follow ramp to main Coach & Shuttle bus area where the shuttle will meet you.

Drop-off Instructions

Returning Your Rental Vehicle Remember to re-fuel to agreed level when returning your vehicle. Shuttle service to domestic and international terminals from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. DEPARTING FLIGHTS Allow an additional 30 minutes prior to flight check-in time for vehicle return & transfer to terminal. After Hours Returns After hour returns need to be pre-arranged with our Brisbane Branch at a cost of $50. Once arranged the branch will contact you with the relevant drop off details.

Age requirements

18 - 100 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 18 - 21 years old with charge of AUD 9 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation.You must present your original driving licence with the original IDP at the counter.

Original driving licence + NAATI Translation

The translation of the driver's license certified by the Australian Translation and Accreditation Institute (NAATI) can be used to rent a car and drive in Australia.

Island is not allowed to use ferries, customers can only travel to the island by overland Bridges.

Lady Elliot Island, Kangaroo Island, Mornington Island

The vehicle is allowed to travel to Kangaroo Island however customer is liable for loss or damage up to the full value of the vehicle and related losses and fees including 3rd party damage

Like: Pick up and drop off from airport
Dislike: Only wanted a small vehicle but as it was not available got a larger vehicle. Where the ‘upgrade’ was nice we wanted fuel efficiency. The vehicle we were supplied had some mechanical noises that were a bit disconcerting. But to be fair, it didn’t let us down and fuel was ok.
