Upon arrival, please exit baggage claim and proceed to the shuttle bus pick-up area. A shared airport shuttle will take you to the rental car facility. Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

Please follow rental car return sign near the parking lot and follow the instructions and drive the car to the corresponding parking lot for dropping off the car and then take the free shuttle bus back to the airport.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

Printed out small paper, we took that to desk for our rental company, handed them sheet, they got us to our car immediately. Return process was just as simple and quick.

Loved the car. Took almost 1 hour to get out of the car hire depot area, not the fault of Alamo. Counter staff not very polite, but staff at pick up area were amazing and happy to help out. Car hadn’t been checked too well. Previous driver had left clothing and medicine in it.

I booked with super protection but Alamo desk staff told me it's not enough. She recommended md to choose Alamo's extended warranty for full coverage. So I paid extra 50 dollars for that warranty. Easyrentcars.com showed me super protection would cover everything but looked like it didn't. I wonder what's the problem.
