Upon arrival, please exit baggage claim and proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area. A shared airport shuttle will take you to the Rental Car facility. Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Drop-off Instructions

Please follow rental car return sign near the parking lot and follow the instructions and drive the car to the corresponding parking lot for dropping off the car and then take the free shuttle bus back to the airport.

I booked with super protection but Alamo desk staff told me it's not enough. She recommended md to choose Alamo's extended warranty for full coverage. So I paid extra 50 dollars for that warranty. When returning the car, I left my handbag on the driver's seat and forgot to take it with me. Multiple phone calls yielded no results. Later, we sought help from another company's staff who managed to retrieve it for us. However, $900 in cash from the bag was missing (other documents and cards were still there). After the cash went missing, I contacted the Boston Alamo airport manager Tim who promised to look into the surveillance footage but never got back to us on time.
