Pick-up Instructions

The BitCar - LAX car hire location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to BitCar - LAX car hire when you arrived.

When you arrive, please contact the car rental company. A representative will then pick you up and drive you to the store.

Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car to the store. Once the vehicle is returned, a representative of car rental company will then drive you back to the airport terminal of your departure flight.

He didn't prepare a car for my group. He didn't have my booking reservation. He offered the car but the smallest minivan and need to be waited at least 3 hours to get the minivan that it wouldn't be fitted for my group. I sent a special request for the type of minivan that my group was looking for.
