The pick-up and drop-off process is very simple and efficient. There are shuttle cars running between terminals, and after returning the car, the rental company provides free transportation to another terminal.
When we picked up the car, the staff initially said they didn't have the model we booked and asked for more money to change the car. Later we found out they actually had it.
The service from Eurocar is very professional, and the shuttle buses to each terminal are incredibly convenient.
