Please contact the staff to pick you up to Jucy - Brisbane Airport car hire when you arrived.

You'll be pleased to know that we have some great mates from Gateway Airport Parking who will drive you to and from the Brisbane International & Domestic airports. A charge of $20 per group (up to 4 people) will apply for a one-way transfer. Once you have arrived at Brisbane Airport, collected your luggage and cleared customs, please phone the JUCY 1800 free phone number (1800 150 850) and press OPTION 1 then OPTION 2 and let us know you are calling to arrange the shuttle. A green Gateway Airport Parking shuttle bus will collect you and transfer you to the JUCY Brisbane branch to collect your JUCY Wheels. DOMESTIC ARRIVALS: Please wait at the Ground Level Bus Zone (B1/B1) INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS: Please wait at the Coach Departure area in Zone 4.

Drop-off Instructions

When you've finished your JUCY Adventure, please arrive at the JUCY Brisbane branch at least 45 minutes before the time you wish to be at the airport.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

In terms of travelling there, most of the roads are sealed however there are areas where the roads are unsealed and we have some rules you need to be aware of if you do take your JUCY wheels there. If you take your vehicle on any off-road activities or conditions, including on any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) then our excess reduction cover does not provide cover should anything happen. Off-road conditions include: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads to recognized commercial campgrounds. To find out more, refer to the terms and conditions. If there is any damage incurred to the vehicle on the ferry, our excess reduction cover stands void.
