Pick-up Instructions

The Aucomm - Warden car hire location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to Aucomm - Warden car hire when you arrived.

1. After the customer has placed the order, please contact us on email info@aucomm.ca or whatsapp: +16473263393 to confirm the arrival flight time. 2. When the customer arrives at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), please contact Aucomm staff to confirm the pick-up location at the airport and please bring your luggage to the agreed place. Aucomm staff will be waiting here and will keep in touch with you at all times. 3. Present your valid ID and order number, and Aucomm staff will check your identity and appointment information. 4. Pay the deposit and hand over the keys. Aucomm staff will check the vehicle with you and remind you of the precaution 5. Start your journey. Note: Pick up the car during working hours is free. There will be additional charges beyond working hours. In case of emergency, please call +1 9055976889

Drop-off Instructions

1. Please contact Aucomm staff in advance to agree on the return location, and park the car at the agreed location at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). Aucomm staff will wait here and keep in touch with you at all times. 2. Hand over the vehicle and keys, check the vehicle, and the service ends. Note: Returning the car at the airport during working hours is free. There will be extra charges if the working hours are exceeded.
