The rental company is not worth the good ratings. They downgraded the car I reserved. I booked an Opel Astra, but they gave me a Skoda Rapid. Do they think Chinese people are fools?

Great car, great service. The car was brand new. I couldn't get a better deal.

Great booking process. Really easy.

There were no Mercedes cars... so we had to switch to a Nissan SUV after some negotiation. I didn't really want to switch, but there was no other option... it was disappointing. Also, we had booked to pick up the car at 1 PM, but we arrived at 11 AM and were told we couldn’t pick it up. So, we had to wait for an hour and a half before we could start the process.

Pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient

The instructions were very detailed, no hidden charges. They upgraded the vehicle for free.

The only thing that could have made it better was the price I thought the extra Insurance was a bit steep

all OK, however I believe I was not happy that they charged me for a scratch which you can't notice at all at the time of picking up the car. Not myself nor the staff could have seen this. I am surprised the staff noticed this when I dropped back the car. I told them this is hardly anything and not at all caused by me, it must have been there already. When I took the car it was evening so you can't even notice it. They did not want to believe and charged me Euro 558 for something which if they want to fix is negligible amount. I am sure it is so negligible they will not at all fix and keep as is. You can't charge such a huge amount, it is not reasonable and not fair in any sense. I

The lady at the reception had black hair and blue eyes. Though not particularly stunning, she had an elegant and kind demeanor, with a captivating smile. Her English was excellent! The elderly gentleman who brought us to the car was dressed in a suit and very nice...

Far from the airport, the car is almost scrapped, serious safety hazards, no gasoline, had to call for oil in the middle of the trip. Worst car rental experience

Overall, the service was satisfactory. The staff at the pickup counter explained everything in great detail, and the staff at the drop-off counter were also very friendly.

This is 6km away from Airport but price is much cheaper! You just need to call them to pick up.

It is easy to use and you can cancel anytime. Always give you best price! super.

The car was wonderful and nicely maintained. Extremely happy about the overall experience of the car. The staff was courteous too.

The counter staff MARK seemed rude and arrogant. No customer service etiquettes were observed in him. He wasn’t polite at all in his conversation and behaved as if he is doing a favor. Totally disappointed with the experience.

Vehicle condition is not correct, brakes are bad!
