The car is new and in good conditions. Is just that the key’s battery was low. Hope that they can replace the battery. All in all everything was great

The was in a very bad condition and old

We specifically chose a staff member who speaks Chinese, but the person who met us didn't speak Chinese. The website stated that the 200 deposit was to be paid by credit card, but the non-Chinese-speaking staff asked for cash instead. Thankfully, we had 200 MYR on us, which left us dumbfounded. For the pick-up, it was said there would be a sign, but among the sea of pick-up signs, there was no sign with the car rental company's name or our reservation name. We spent over half an hour just finding the person. Even after contacting customer service repeatedly, it was hard to describe what the person picking us up looked like. We finally found him with a very unrecognizable sign, and he didn't speak Chinese, wasting our time. For the return, we agreed on a specific time, and he showed up for the car inspection. When it was time to return the 200 deposit, he said he didn't have the cash with him and asked if we had a Malaysian account for a transfer. Eventually, we contacted the company office, got 150 MYR first, and had to arrange another meeting point for the remaining 50 MYR after check-in at the airport. This would have been problematic if we were in a rush for our flight. Really a terrible experience overall.

On general everything was alright. But the car fuel wasn't pump full as stated in the agreement. End up we need to find a nearest petrol station to for refueling.

It was good experience but I have 2 notes;1st, the car got a lot of scratches and seems it’s need a balancing for the tyer 2nd,I called the guy who pick up the car and send messages to him without to receive his response until evening maybe because it was Sunday,otherwise this company service was good specially when I drop off the car.

The only problem it was about the car it’s got a lot of Scratches and the car clearly had an accident before and the engine was not good enough especially when going up to the heights road, except that the employee of the company was very good and the procedures were easy and simple.

Overall service was good, but the road tax for the car had expired (the car was not insured), and there was no parking ticket in the car. I reported it to the staff and they said they would deliver the new road tax sticker and parking ticket to my hotel, but it never arrived during my stay in Langkawi. I drove the uninsured car with constant worry for several days.

Booked a Toyota Innova for my family off 5 adults and 2 children. Very spacious and car was in good condition. Samavest was very easy and no issues with them.

Got a better price after initial booking through the Price Drop Detector. So easy and convenient. Will use again.

Our rented car model was perfect for the trip, though things for improvement with regards to the car would be a faulty rear sensor (affecting the parking process) and faulty left/right signal sound (working normally, though no internal car sound on usage). Otherwise Kasina's staffs were very professional and friendly throughout the collection and return process.
