Dislike: They forced me to hire an insurance even though I already had one

Satisfied, but communicating with the staff requires some patience due to the language barrier.

Terrible company, the pre-authorization has not been refunded, and the claim has not been resolved. Everyone should read the hidden terms carefully, they force you to buy a tank of fuel and add a service fee. Never seen such a bad company.

Car very badly damaged which made us very uneasy and fearful we would be charged for damaged we had not done . We had full insurance which amigo autos did not recognise and the very surly staff in the office tried to sell us more insurance

Good attitude

Waited three hours to get the car, Amigo handles by OK Rentals with ten counters but only two people serving. They tried to sell us protection and were very forceful that we take it etc. When we didn't they became quite rude.

On arrival we were made to take out additional insurance at the cost of 60 euros this was because he said the insurance certificate was not valid and the insurance we had was a lie. He would not let us take the car without paying the additional insurance - this was totally unacceptable and I would recommend you not use this supplier in the future.

They overcharged 15 euros for service fees. It took 20 minutes to get through to the rental car company, and after a long discussion between customer service and the store staff, I had to make the payment first, wasting an hour. It is still unresolved.

Temps d'attente énorme pour récupérer le véhicule (plus de 2H). Malgré le faite de payer 18€ pour un enregistrement rapide. Et là je ne compte pas le temps perdu du voyage en bus pour ce rendre à l'agence de location

I wouldn't go ear them due to the excessive time and also the hard sell given for CDW to all of the customers. 1 lady was in tears.

Unfortunately the counter clerk was very new to job and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing having to constantly refer to other staff for advise. He was very pleasant and apologetic but after an early start we could have done without the long booking in process.

I did not pay the price of the booking but 4 times more !

Too many customers and too few staff! Shuttle bus service is poor, driver's attitude is bad! Long queues! Wasted a lot of time!

The rental company didn't accept the translated notarized document and tried to trick me into paying more, but I ended up getting the same model as I booked.

The staff were arrogant and rude, and there were hidden fees with forced insurance sales. After repeated negotiations with the rental company, their attitude softened somewhat, but we were still forced to buy additional insurance. This is the worst rental agency we've used through this platform. Just the international call fees to resolve our disputes cost me over 400, which was more expensive than the rental itself. One star because there's no option for zero.

Forced to buy insurance, cannot use non-chip credit cards for deposit.
