Like: Vary fast service. Good car condition. Fast return. No hidden charges.
Dislike: Was expecting Toyota Camry but got Nissan Altima which I think was smaller size car.

Budget, a company under American VISA, is a high-quality, well-established service provider.

Like: I have stood in line so long at other car rental companies. I was in line less than 10 minutes with E-Z/ Advantage rental. I will definitely be using you in the future.
Dislike: Everything was great.

Like: Good vehicle with low prize.
Dislike: Wait for pick up.

Like: Excellent gas mileage and value for one way from Boston to Chicago.

Like: Price was almost half of any other I found for an excellent product

Like: The customer service was perfect. Quick and easy to locate. Upgraded veh free of charge. Will def use again

The wait time to pick up the car was too long; it took an hour and twenty minutes. The rental company could easily increase staff to handle orders. After spending nearly thirty hours traveling from China to Boston Airport, standing in line for over an hour to get the car was quite an experience, especially with my child waiting alongside me.

Dislike: Needed more operation instructions before we started. Hard to find dropoff location

The staff attitude is acceptable, and they are quite patient in explaining terms when they notice your English isn't great. Overall, if your English isn't too good, don't worry. Take your time to read through, look up words in the dictionary if you don't understand, and ask more questions. Don't confirm anything you don't fully understand. If the staff tries to upsell, just say: no thanks, I just want what I ordered.

Friendly and detailed at the rental counter, but extremely poor vehicle service

Extortion and forced insurance sales, taxes, etc., the actual rental fee almost doubled

Like: Great car, no issues! Very new, great system. Connected to my phone with no issues.
Dislike: I had a flat tire and had to pay to fill it up. Was likely low when I picked it up.

Charged for insurance twice. I already bought insurance when booking on the app, but was asked to buy it again on site. Very expensive and frustrating.

Like: the lady at the desk was fienrdly and tried to help, but only the arrival of a chief/director could solve our problem with credit card (tourist like me might have a credit card that is working and valid, bu sometimes it has been used to the limit and gives 0 on the balance...)
Dislike: Some stuff girl did at the pick up parking did not understand that when you are dealing with tourist, they maybe don't understand if you speak like Harlem rap song. Tell them to S-P-E-L-L the words out a little.
