Like: Easy pick up/drop off.

Car was good the only issue I had was there was a strong smell of smoke every time i got into the car. It seems like the previous renters smoked alot in the car. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Nothing special. The service was average, but the return location is hard to find.

Like: We really wanted a Mustang and the last one had just gone. Juan, really helpful guy, ran down to the car drop off point and got us a Mustang Convertible with 6 miles on the clock. What a guy. I was so pleased that I forgot to tip him!
Dislike: Why can’t I e-sign all the paperwork online so that I don’t have to wait in a queue, be hassled about taking out extra insurance when I have already declined it when booking? Surely in this day and age I should be able to go straight to vehicle collection, get the keys and go!

Americans generally have a bad attitude, especially black people who always seem uninterested in helping.

They attract customers with low prices, resulting in extremely long queues. You have to wait at least 40 minutes, while other rental companies almost have no queues. Because of the crowd, BUDGET's staff were rude and deceived customers!! I had already chosen insurance and paid in full online. After waiting for a long time, I was in a hurry to pick up the car. However, the counter staff aggressively sold us insurance. We said we didn't need it, but they still made us sign and charge an amount equal to the 5-day rental fee. It's terrible.

It was okay, but the route out wasn't clear, and the signs were not obvious.

They overcharge. I want to file a complaint. I initially booked a smaller car, upgraded to a larger one for 10 days, but was charged 13 days of upgrade fees. Also, I forgot to refuel when returning the car and was charged for two full tanks of gas.

The service was pretty good, the car pickup was quick. I recommend adding an E-ZPass, it's essential in the East as many places don't accept cash. It's almost impossible to get around without it.

Not very satisfied, waited in line for an hour and a half to complete the paperwork

We had to wait in line for almost an hour. The Avis employee added road assistance insurance and a tank of gas without informing us. We made her remove the road assistance from the bill. She then added an extra charge of seventy to eighty dollars for automatic tolls (like ETC). Even though we understand English, we had to ask her to remove that too, and she looked very unhappy!! We originally booked a Citroën but were given a two-door, gas-guzzling American red car instead, which was really unfair!!!

Good service

car was lovely and luckily it was 4wd, though counter staff told us it could be any medium suv and would might have to upgrade. Also did not accept that we had full insurance, even though I had a document. Told us we had to buy daily toll charge for every day of our trip, as all automatic. Just told us a lot of rubbish on all 3 issues!!!
