The car was dirty. The tiems of waiting MINI BUS too large,

It was not made clear that the pickup/dropoff location was not n the Airport property. Took me over 90min to get to the drop off location in traffic. Should allow customers to drop off at airport.

Car behaved great and just as expected, had a good few bumps and scratches (all in bodywork) but staff took note of all of them so no hassle when returning it. Busy during pick up so took about 20 min to get the car after arriving on the company premises. Shuttle bus to and from airport is quick and usually don't have to way much for it. Good experience with them, not first time booked cars there and never had any problems whatsoever.

Price drop is good but only looks to its own booking. Ended up cancelling initial booking and rebook another one from scratch for half the initial price (different company from initial booking, same car size). Easy to book and cancel it (still haven't checked if funds were returned though since takes a few days)

Pas assez de coffre pour nos valises, pas de prise usb ... nous avons du payer 150 euros de plus pour : frais de service hors frais d ouverture, machine pour le payage, carte de debit ... NE JAMAIS RESERVER AVEC SURPRICE RENT A CAR !!!!

Despite paying my booking fee upfront and not purchasing any extras/upgrades I still had Budget take an additional €93 after I had dropped the car off. They said fuel was full and everything fine. I would like to know what the fees they have charged are for!

Price drop protector was terrific as I saved a little within a couple of days of booking.

Good company and friendly staff. You can pick up the car in a hall and an employee checks the car with you before you go. Good service and price. I visit Portugal many times a year so I will definitely come back to this company!

They proposed me a electronic toll syst for the car, i accepted and then the car was not equiped. I went to the counter aftwr the return of the vehicle ans they refused to refund me the money i payed for the system. Now i have to email the company to beg a refund because of their mistake... What a mess...

Cart pick-up takes too long. I schedule car for 2:00pm. When I show up at 1:00pm I was told that my car will be ready at 2:00pm. After waiting one hour, I wait another 40 min to pick up car. I think there are not enough people to manage all reservations on time.

Everything was good and fast. The service is excellent!

Had to wait over 45 mins at car hire shuttle drop off/pick up point at Lisbon airport with no shuttle coming. There was no representative at the airport from OK Rent A Car to ask for help so had to phone OK Rent A Car three times who kept saying shuttle would arrive within 10 minutes but after 45 minutes wait we decided to get an Uber instead.

All was good no prob picking up and returning the car.

Easy to book

I gave only 2 stars to the condition of the vehicle because the front tires were not in good condition, showing places with damaged rubber. Otherwise there were some scratches, but they were duly noted in the survey and there were no problems at the return.

Very smooth and fast pick up and drop off super cheap

Service attitude was good, but they didn't remind us to inspect the vehicle. The front right door had scratches, which the staff noticed when returning the car. Luckily, we took photos when picking up the car.

It was not clear from booking confirmation what the pick up process was. Pick up location was designated as being at the airport, however, we had to find some other car hire operators who told us we needed to call OK who would come and pick us up and take us to the pick up location which was offsite. This was not mentioned anywhere It also was not clear that there would potentially be a €50 fee for pick up / drop off after 22:00

Sem capacidade de recursos humanos para atender os clientes na recolha e entrega das viaturas. Estive mais de 60' em pé na fila a aguardar a minha vez para ser atendido. Impossível!!!! Sem condições e não recomendo!!!!

Muito boa relação custo/ viatura / dias de aluguer. Fácil e muito recomendável!!!!
