Easy to use and clear pricing

The car was good but I hired a gps at additional cost and that did not function. I told the staff upon return and got only half the refund for the gps. I paid for 8 days and it only worked for the first day.

There was only one car to choose from

I would never rent again from Advantage again. I have been coming to Nevada for 40 and renting a car and I have only had 2 bad experiences this was the worse of the two.

Car exceeded our expactations - big and clean, almost new Chevrolet Malibu with very effective hybrid engine. Single minus - the office was closed at the drop-off because of national holiday (no one told us about it earlier).

Excellent offers. Renting via Easyrentcars allowed us to save about 40% comparing to other agents!!!

The counter staff who helped me was horrible. Rude and degrading when I asked about insurance options. I will never use Thrifty again! That being said, I saw other counter staff who were more pleasant and engaged with the customer in a professional manner.

The car I requested was not available in a reasonable amount of time, so I was upgraded to a higher tier of cars. I was completely blown away by the way I was accommodated by a minor inconvenience. The service I received was far and above what I would have expected. I would definitely book with Hertz through EasyRentCars again. 10/10 would recommend.

We took a car that wasn't riding good, so we ad to come back and exchange the car for another. Car was ok but it was dirty inside. Don't think car went through cleaning and washing before renting it out.

Easy car was really easy to book and got a good price for the rental.

Very poor and slow check out procedure, the staff are incredibly slow and have total disregard to the large queue forming.

A toda costa nos trato de vender adicionales, a pesar de decir siempre que NO nos encontramos con que finalmente nos habían agregado un servicio de asistencia en ruta que nunca solicitamos.

Car was excellent but the service counter was slow & did not appreciate the hard sell to purchase additional insurance. Also told the gas tank was full but in fact it was only 3/4’s full. The process was slow so we returned the car the afternoon before & took Lyft back to hotel & to airport in the morning. Probably offset any savings to rent from a mainstream renter.

受取、返却共にとてもスムーズでした。 グランドサークルを周る予定だった為、GPSナビを追加で借りましたが、これは使えなかったです。 結局、携帯のナビで行動しました。 GPSナビとi phonマップが毎回一致しない。GPSナビで出てくる地図の方が遠回りになる事が多かったです。

色々メールが届きましたが、英語なので分からない

Car was disgraceful , dirty inside and out. Full of marks and scratches. Charged me additional fees for no reason. Impossible to contact to say I was stuck in traffic and would be late to return car and then charge me an extra day rental for being less than 1 hour late - disgusting customer service and appalling service

The cars service light came on a day after we rented it. The cleanliness was average.

The receptionist added a LDW fee that I was not aware of until days after returning the car. This happened even after I told them I didn't need anything extra as I had already pre-paid the rental. When reviewing my receipt at the counter the charge looked to be just the fee of the daily rental and it was not. Please be very aware as they will tackle fees and NOT explain this to you! Very disappointing.

Easy to work with and talk to when there is a problem with the rental company. I had an issue with an over charge on my credit card during my rental and they have opened a ticket for review with the rental company (dollar rental).

I think if you are renting from a rental care business outside the airport then the rental car shuttle should take you to the airport. You make every effort to get there to rent from them - I could have rented from the airport but didn't. The wait time was a little long The car wasn't ready as they were still cleaning it. The fuel was not on full (3/4). I put the fuel back at 3/4 of a tank but was charged for not filling the tank up but they gladly refunded me back for the fuel charge after I called and told them I had pictures of where the fuel was on pick-up and where I filled back up to exactly the amount upon rental.

The actual car was different from the one booked, which was clearly bad. Insurance was aggressively pushed.

The staff on the app had no communication with the staff in the US! They couldn't answer anything online. We had to ask in person at the store. It took me over an hour just to get one question answered.
