It was alright. I arrived very late and there was only one person at the counter, but the service was great. They offered additional services, but you can just decline.
The staff kept trying to upsell things like car upgrades, insurance upgrades, and returning with a full tank from their gas station. I declined everything, and the staff seemed a bit unhappy in the end.
The first time picking up the car was at the Treasure Island Hotel service desk on the 2nd floor in Las Vegas. The reservation was set for 2 PM, and the reserved model was a 4-door Jeep Compass. Around 10 AM that day, I went to the service desk to ask if I could pick up the car earlier. The staff said the reserved model was not available, but I could upgrade for an additional fee. I declined and confirmed verbally that the reserved model would be available at 2 PM. When I returned at 2 PM, the staff processed the paperwork and gave me the contract and the keys. Upon finding the car, I noticed it was a different Jeep model, a 2-door, and the fuel tank was only 1/4 full, which I photographed. Since there were no other staff around and I needed to drive to San Francisco, I didn't go back to the service desk to negotiate. However, I later found the fuel consumption to be extremely high. The drive to San Francisco was about 900 kilometers, and I spent nearly 300 dollars on fuel. Additionally, the trunk was too small, fitting only one 30-inch suitcase, and I had to place two more suitcases in the back seat, which was very inconvenient for a 2-door car. After spending a night in San Francisco, I went to the Dollar Car Rental at the airport the next day to request a car change. The staff there understood my situation and changed my car to a Nissan Rogue SUV without additional fees. However, after returning the car in Los Angeles, I was inexplicably charged 93 dollars and do not know why.
