Like: Everything from start to finish was very efficient.

Got off the plane, took a bus directly to the rental location, the process was very quick

The main issue is poor communication between the Zuzuche platform and the rental company. Due to language barriers, the customer ended up buying insurance twice, which is unsatisfactory.

Charged me more than expected.

Long lines and few agents, waited for a long time. When it was finally my turn, they wanted to charge extra for a car with GPS because of the sound system. I refused and had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager. They first gave me a Prius, which I refused again, then the manager spent another 20 minutes to get me a Chrysler 300 with GPS.

Like: Great Jeep for a very reasonable price. Staff was all very nice.
Dislike: Make sure to read the terms and conditions of the rental - I have never experienced a company that, no matter if your plane was delayed and you paid in full, would release your reserved vehicle and charge you full price if you were more than 2 hours late. You can avoid this by calling and letting them know but we were stuck on the tarmac with horrible cell phone reception so we couldn't call. Luckily, we made it with 10 minutes to spare but still they said that there is no flexibility with that policy and that seems crazy. I paid beforehand so that vehicle should be waiting for me no matter how late my pick-up is.

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.

Unhappy with mandatory insurance, paid an extra $400 unexpectedly

They push for insurance sales and get unhappy if you don't buy. Hidden charges are not disclosed. Surprising miscellaneous and parking fees (explained by the rental company as such) amounted to over $130! That's too much!

Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome
Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate

Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price.
Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
