Awesome Experience!

Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

Great value, and I'll probably use Routes again in a few years. But the drop off process must be streamlined: There was a guy to check the mileage/status of the vehicle, but with Enterprise when I give him the keys and sign a slip that he can print mobile, then I'm done. 3 minutes. Instead I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to talk with a very frustrating and loud woman, who contradicted what her boss had just told me to do (which was, to get in her line). Then she left for 15 minutes. Her boss, or maybe it was another person at the counter, helped me and another lady with the drop off process. She missed her flight, I almost missed mine. If I knew it was a 30-60 minute process, I would have planned accordingly.

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

Car was about what I expected. Difficult to find place. They will put a 400$ hold on a 20$ rental on your credit card, simply bc they are a smaller company. It would be nice to know ahead of time bc they return it in “3-5” business days. It’s been 3 and I don’t have it back, which makes me nervous. In hindsight, would rent from bigger companies in the future - less hassle.

They were cool in the fact they gave us a Jeep even though we had booked a Kia.
