Car broke down while driving in the middle of the road

Like: The car was more than I expected.

I wanted to change the pickup location and time, but when I called, they seemed completely clueless. Not as good as Hertz.

Very Unsatisfied

I had to leave the car at the airport parking garage for Advantage to pick up. I had some difficulty understanding the woman who was behind the counter. I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times.

The pre-trip preparation reminders were quite comprehensive.

1- My flight arrived early by half an hour, and they didn't allow me to pick up the car. The reservation was for 6 PM, and the return was scheduled for 7 AM in two days, but they charged me for a full three days and even made me queue up again. 2- The staff was unfriendly. They added extra insurance for damage and roadside assistance to the invoice. I told them I didn't need it, and they finally canceled it. They told me they added it because you can't buy such insurance abroad. 3- I've rented cars abroad multiple times. Typically, if the same class of cars are not available, they offer a free upgrade. This time, they downgraded me. I hurriedly drove the car out of the airport, only to realize later that I had booked a Ford Focus but was given a Ford Fiesta. After checking on the rental platform, it was indeed a downgrade. Complaining only led to a reconsideration. In summary, this was the most disappointing car rental experience I've had abroad, and it was my first time using this rental platform. Using an agent made me feel inferior. In the future, I will book directly myself. Also, never use Budget again!!

Van front tires warned out, low tire pressure and engine Oil light came on .

It's okay, but the specific charges should be informed in advance.

The ladies in the pick up office were GREAT and very helpful. I will be going to this location from now on.

Like: The staff were helpful and efficient, and the price was better than other dealers.
Dislike: The car made a funny sound when you ran the AC on high, which was a must in Dallas in the summertime!

The woman at the leasing counter was very helpful and polite. She made sure I understood everything and even explained about how the tolls worked. When I picked up the car it was ready and waiting for me. It had a little bit of an odd smell but nothing that we could not live with for the whole weekend. Overall Customer service at Dollar rental was great.

Like: The car was nice and the price was reasonable.
Dislike: The employees and that you had to have a credit card.

Not many vehicle options available, maybe it was due to bad timing. Otherwise, everything was fine except for a problem during the return process. Despite returning the car with a full tank, I was charged over $40 for FSO (fuel service option). I am currently filing a complaint!

I came to Dallas every 20 days can you give me more discount every time because I like your car .
