Overall good. The staff suggested changing to a larger vehicle because they thought the original model booked online would be uncomfortable for a larger group.

The car was in excellent condition, and there were no enforced additional fees. When exchanging the car, the process was straightforward. After inspecting the exterior, they immediately issued a receipt showing zero charges, meaning there were no hidden fees apart from the initial booking payment.

I booked my rental for $908, but the front desk staff added over $230 in charges without my consent and directly charged my card. Fortunately, my credit limit wasn't sufficient, so the charge didn't go through. After discussing, the order was processed as booked. Don't assume that people in the US are always straightforward; be cautious.

The service at the Dallas Airport branch is mediocre. My order was for a full tank, but the car I received had an empty tank. There were no other cars to swap, so I wasted a lot of time. In the end, we had to agree on returning the car with an empty tank, but I couldn't use up all the fuel precisely. When I returned the car, there was still a quarter tank left. Pay attention to your order, as they might add insurance without you noticing at the reception. I found out when returning the car, but fortunately, I got my money back. Overall, the service at this branch is quite average.

There were some hassles while renting the car, but returning it was very convenient. However, if you use the car for an extra day, you have to pay an additional day’s fee, which differs from what was written on the rental agreement. The agreement stated an extra day would cost $44, but when we inquired, we were told it would be $130.

The store was easy to find, but the overpass was hard to locate when returning the car. It was quite scary being alone. All the cars are in one parking lot, so you just need to find your rental brand, which was a bit confusing. The staff inspecting the car was right in the parking lot, very convenient. We chatted a bit, and the inspection was very fast. When renting the car, they gave a slip, and you could choose from the available cars in your rental category in the lot. I picked a Nissan and drove over 2000 kilometers with it.

The process was very smooth and convenient.
