Upon arrival i was very miss lead on the options i had previously purchased.at the time of of arrival i was told of no insurance,a small 3 cyl car and no discount for 1 day early return.i was charged a extra 300$ for insurance when clearly i had purchased it already online beforehand.myself being calm and asking what was the excuse for the extra charges,the front counter staff had zero explanation for extra charges and wasnt provided with honest straight answers on my paper work i had provided,they were just quick to get my credit card funds.being accomadating to my requests,they had “granted” me a complementary upgrade vehicle which was the exact one i had payed for online anyway.
For the next 2 months i have once again booked my rental vehicle through you guys again hoping to see what future changes can be applied

The car was great. Staff was friendly. However, they are woefully understaffed!! One agent and 11 people in line in front of us. Then a 2nd agent came on. Finally, after about an hour, there were 3 agents. It was our turn, but then there were issues with their credit card scanning equipment and we, as long as another couple, were told our cards were declined. Eventually they did go through by swiping instead of chip reader. There is no reason to wait an hour in line to pick up a rental car.
There was no queue when renting the car (while other companies had queues)! The counter staff were very polite, although they recommended another insurance not included in the comprehensive insurance, called towing insurance. In case of theft or an accident, the company would be responsible for towing the car back. Otherwise, towing fees in the US are very high, so we bought it.
Arrived at the rental kiosk along with about 20 other people who had been waiting over an hour. We were all PREPAID but they had NO cars for us. This was a disaster.
Like: The car was reasonably priced. Dislike: We requested a Toyota Corolla, (knowing full well that you don't always get what you request) but instead was issued a Red Kia Soul. Turns out the Red Kia Soul had a California license plate on the front and an Arizona license plate on the back. When we brought this to their attention, they wouldn't let us rent the car. They issued us a BLACK Kia Soul. Ever driven a BLACK car in Phoenix in the Summer? But there was a Toyota Corolla parked right next to the Black Kia Soul, and they wouldn't let us rent it either. None of the staff were very patient or helpful. It's like they were bothered that there were so many issues. We were the only customers at the time. Our plane landed at 9:30 pm and we left the rental car place at close to 11:00 pm. Still never knew why the Corolla (that was right there) was not available to rent.
The billing that we got was very confusing. On our bill we were charged $421 for a refuelling fee at $8.99/gal. We returned the vehicle full of fuel as the bill states,so what is this refuelling fee? If the $421 is for something else then call it what it is, I even asked what it was but wasn' t given an explanation
