Dollars phone didn’t work. Spent hours trying to contact them to change reservation

The car rental company was not far from the airport. The service was provided by a middle-aged man who was very friendly. He detailed all the rental procedures and suggested some related insurance, fully respecting personal decisions. The process took about five minutes, and I got the keys.

I pretty much received the desired vehicle. Well done Hertz.

This is the second time I’ve used Easyrentcars and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Pickup and return were very convenient. We got a hybrid car this time, saving a lot on fuel costs. After returning the car, the system mistakenly showed it wasn't fully fueled, but this was corrected over the phone by a helpful staff member.

The first Japanese car we borrowed showed a warning sign not long after. We had to use it for a few days before going back to the store to replace it with an American Dodge.

American people are really helpful—After dropping off the car in Salt Lake City, I had a flight back to LA. Unfortunately, the GPS led us to a timed parking lot instead of the return lot. With less than two hours until the flight and an iron fence between us and the return point, I couldn’t show my parents how anxious I was. I jumped out of the car and searched for help in the deserted area. Luckily, a staff member appeared after a few steps and, after I explained the situation, she drove us to the correct drop-off point, hugged me, and told me not to worry before running back—such a heartwarming and memorable experience for my parents too!

When renting the car, I was advised to purchase full insurance and upgrade the model, which I declined because I had already bought insurance in my country. However, the front desk added roadside assistance to the rental agreement without informing me. I thought it was part of the deposit and signed it. When returning the car, I realized they charged an extra $90 for it, even though I already had roadside assistance with my insurance from home. I wasted $90 unnecessarily.

Wait for shuttle about 10-15 mins, get the car takes another 15 -20 mins that is normal and acceptable.

This is quite simple & user-friendly.

The car was great

Said I would pick the car up at 10:30, ended up getting there at 11:30. I was told that it would be 45 min to get a truck. After getting frustrated and telling them that I would take a car that wasn’t clean they got me one fairly quickly. Coming from someone who is executive elite with National I am not used to this level of service.

Front desk staff did a hard sell of various insurance and other add on options, being aggressive almost to the point of being unpleasant

I needed an all wheel drive vehicle. I rented a Ford Explorer or equal. I called in advance specifically to confirm that I would get an all wheel drive vehicle. I was told that all of the Explorers were all wheel drive. Upon arrival I was told they did not have any all wheel drive vehicles but that I could get a 4 wheel drive vehicle for an extra $100. I unhapply accepted that option because I had no choice. Poorly handled by Fox.

Great value for money

Too far from airport to rent and return. Received a car is very different from the car at booking.

The car was dirty inside and out. I had to spend 30 minutes documenting and photographing all the scratches and inside mess in poor lighting before I could leave the facility. The car ran well and got good gas mileage. The instructions for pick up of the shuttle told me to go to first floor of the parking garage. Actual Pick up was in front of the ground level rental car rental area. Jesus the shirt driver was kind and gracious.

Everything worked extremely well and the car (Jeep) was very satisfactory.

Rugged Rental was very easy to use, and we will use them again.
