Yellowstone and Grand Teton

Dollar is absolutely awful. When picking up the car, I specifically told the clerk that I didn't need extra insurance. They verbally agreed, but still added over 200 dollars for insurance. I was in a rush to get to the hotel and trusted them, didn't check the paperwork and just signed it. My fault. I returned the car with a full tank and left the country, but over a month later, they charged my credit card without any notice. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

The pick-up process was very simple and quick.

Car booked was a mid size SUV however the car offered was a very small SUV and could fit only 2 suitcases. We were told this was still "Mid Size". Dollars charges for road tolls very high compared to other companies.

Easy booking but should show exactly what is or is not included in the insurance package and what additional fees to expect from rental company.

The customer service representative we had on the return was Tracy. She went above and beyond to help me with checking in the car.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating Nothing was too much for them to do. Process was streamlined

Excellent value - received some extras Id never get from the rental company if i booked directly. I made a few changes as the holiday got closer and they all came through without any problems
