Excellent experience

It was okay, I'm used to Hertz, so their car models are generally reliable, but this time the car was the worst I've ever used. When picking up the car, I noticed multiple scratches on the body and a barely noticeable dent near the trunk. During the last two days, it seemed like the tire was leaking air, and the tire pressure warning kept activating. I contacted QEEQ but didn't get a clear or satisfactory response. Fortunately, the leak wasn't severe, so I managed for two days. When returning the car, the leaking tire still had more than half of its pressure left.

The rental company is easy to find. After completing the paperwork, they give you the key and parking spot number. You just pick up the car yourself from the parking lot, very convenient.

There were many cars available for you to choose! There were kiosks for you to use which had a real person to help you rent your vehicle, faster than standing in line! When it was time to return vehicle, drove it in and was met by a team member and handed him the keys!! That was it! Simple and easy! EasyRentCars will be at the top of my list for every vacation!
