Like: Pleasantly surprised by how helpful the Europcar office staff were with limited upsell.
Dislike: I got slightly confused at Heathrow T2 over which bus stop to use for the shuttle - some better signage that can be seen at a distance would help.

Staff were humorous and provided good service. The only downside was that adding an additional driver was too expensive at £15/day. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

I had an accident when I was traveling in the UK around 1 a.m. But, they didn't respond, and I had to deal with the situation by myself. So, hope to enhance the midnight emergency service. Except for it, it was perfect.

I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it. It costs extra 138GB.
