One switch uses illegal practices such as bait and switch. They make you prepay the rental for what you think is a great deal. They told me that I could use my auto insurance because i have full coverage and then when i got there told me i could not because my vehicle was not a 2016 or newer. They charged me $206.00 for insurance. Then they try to bully you into getting a sunpass. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . You do have to pay extra for using your insurance, but it’s not bad. Also paid extra for the sun pass but overall cost still ended being less than places like Enterprise. Very friendly staff and the vehicle was in great condition.

I paid $107. On line. When I got to the container office the man told me $98.00 more for add on. I have aaa car insurance in nj and brought proof,not excepted. I wanted to pay for tolls cash,no. I had to accept the sun pass of the office 12.99 Per day. Horrible. I will contact better bureau of business with a complaint
