The desk rep was rude. He threatened me with additional charges.

We thought we had a great deal, price wise, for the 4 days we rented the vehicle. But upon pick-up of vehicle (going through/signing of the paperwork), we were unpleasantly surprised that we had (forced) to obtain their liability insurance although we told them that we had our own. That cost in itself costed us more (almost double) than the entire 4-day rental price. :(

Waiting for too long to get a car, when I was driving on the road about 30 minutes I got a flat tire after arriving to my hotel . I called the counter service or someone denied helping me out, service business is very poor, occupation is unprofessional . Service staff should inspect the entire car carefully before handing out the car to customers. P.S ,. There was a nail in the tire

Did not speak very well english. Insisted I needed extra insurance even though I checked with my insurance, and they also listed my insurance as acceptable insurance. This place is the shadiest place I've ever tried to rent from. Talked to the shuttle people and they said there's been lots of problems with these people before, many many times. Would never want anyone to be scammed by these people again. They gave me an old car that was pretty dirty on the inside. Call ahead and confirm necessary insurance. Don't waste your time with this place! Yes, this place is extremely shady. They use gmail addresses for everything. Really not professional at all.
