I will use again but again they need to learn a bit about guest service

We waited for almost an hour and after calling multiple times with no answer, we were told they were out of cars and couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

First, the wait time to get the vehicle was ridiculous. Then a day into my vacation, I'm receiving calls from an a number requesting a switch of the vehicle due to a recall. A complete inconvenience to my vacation. When I called the "24 hr" 800 number to verify this no one answered after waiting 40 minutes. I could not get through to anyone until the next morning. Once verified the driver met me at Epcot to swap vehicles but I still had to wait which held up my time. This should never happen. When asked if I would receive any refund or deduction on the expense of the rental due to the inconvenience I receive a snotty remark of "well we are meeting you at epcot" as if this wasn't an inconvenience. Anything that interferes with my time during my vacation is an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will NOT be recommending this place in the future unless someone rectified this inconvenience.

No power windows in car. They would've been helpful in the Orlando's heat to down the windows to get some fresh air in.

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company! Car was bad. Had 50k+ miles on it. Broke down half way through the trip. Replaced it with another 50k vehicle that had its share of nicks and dings. Also forced me to buy insurance even though i personally have it!!
