They took a $200 deposit from me without mentioning when it would be refunded. My friend rented from the same company and wasn’t charged a deposit, so it felt unfair.
The rental office is right inside the airport. The staff is very friendly and explained the rental terms in detail. I went to the parking lot to pick up the car myself and got a red Mitsubishi SUV in good condition. It accompanied me on a wonderful trip in Tasmania.
