A hidden gem of a care hire company

We frequently contacted the rental company during our trip, and they were always very courteous. The only dissatisfaction was with the person who handled our rental process. They only mentioned that the car should be returned with a full tank but didn't provide any driving tips or local rules. If it weren't our second time driving in New Zealand, we might have missed many local regulations. The rental company should not only explain the charges but also inform drivers about local driving rules. The employee just parked the car at the entrance and left. They didn't verify the existing scratches in front of us nor mentioned that the car had a foot brake. For a driver unfamiliar with the car, there should be some explanation. I had to figure everything out on my own. If it were my first time driving locally, I would have been completely lost.

EZU is a small car rental company with friendly counter staff. The car we received fulfilled our expectation, it seemed relatively new and was fuel efficient. They offer cheap car rental rates. We will surely rent a car with EZU again.

Couldn't believe the value for money, kept waiting for there to be a catch, but there wasn't any! Great car, great service, would definitely recommend!

Easy booking process, car was exactly as described and performed perfectly adequately. A genuine bargain.
