Would rent again

When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel. In Queenstown, there was only one staff member, and it took about an hour to get picked up and go to the company to get the car. When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel.

The company is very unprofessional, with only one Chinese staff member managing the store year-round. Due to our flight time, we couldn't refuel the car before returning it and wanted to pay the staff (the only Chinese person) directly for the fuel. Our request was met with various refusals and extremely poor attitude. Furthermore, we were misled that there were no flights at that time from the airport and assured we would arrive on time.

Ther staff were very helpful

I was happy with the service. There were marks on the car that were not not noted on rental agreement. Very excessive reference to pictures taken to check for damage. I had no way of knowing when picture taken as was not present.

The review process to confirm car returned in acceptable condition took longer than expected compared to other rental firms.

Counter staff excellent. Had to wait a very long time to pickup as the only staff attendant was at the airport picking up others then we had to wait for them to organise their vehicle which took a very long time. Drop off time and staff fantastic
