Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

This is the 3rd time I have hired from Great Rentals and each time has improved with my last experience being excellent. Great car, great service, will hire from them again.

The car was pretty old, the pick up driver/counter service didn’t answer the phone until 45 minutes after our arrival (and 15 after our scheduled pickup time), pickup ended up being an hour late, and the rental lot was in a corner of an industrial park by the airport.

The first car they tried to give me was unacceptable. The stereo and GPS nav was all in Japanese, and the service agent couldn't help me change it. Also there was a strange device near the driver's seat the agent couldn't identify. And the car smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first thought was that it was an employee's car they were trying to give me. Fortunately they gave me another car, and this one worked out fine.
