A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all. f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled. G) worst car rental experience I have ever had. H0 Person at the counter had no proof of car insurance. “You get what u pay for”
About GREEN MOTION: 5.3 /10
I was promised a midsize car, altima or equivalent but given a carolla. The car was dinged up a bit a had a musty smell. Also, the maintenance warning was on in the car and it was given to me with an 8th of a tank of gas.. The rental was cheap but so was the overall experience.

“Green motion has a long line. Car does not have power door or windows.”

Long line at pick up location which is not at the airport. Green motion has a shuttle that picks up at the airport and the car lot is 10 minutes away. Took 1 hour from arriving at Green motion before I was able to complete the paperwork and drive off the lot. Very short staffed.
