A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all. f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled. G) worst car rental experience I have ever had. H0 Person at the counter had no proof of car insurance. “Didn't receive receipt, waiting time too long. Telephone doesn't answer. Terrible service.”

Bus took too long. Waited for over 40 minutes to check in and get car. Did not give me a receipt at time of auto return. Counter could not give receipt. Tried calling numerous times about receipt and phone doesn't answer. Will never again use this company for auto rentals. Worst experience ever.

Like: I was upset with this company at the beginning however the customer service rep made everything worthwhile.Only the 1st hundred miles are covered in your reservation anything after that cost extra.
Dislike: When I walked in to pick up my car rental, I was shocked to find that if you live in the state of Florida,Only the 1st hundred miles are covered in your reservation anything after that cost extra.
