A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all. f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled. G) worst car rental experience I have ever had. H0 Person at the counter had no proof of car insurance. Worst rental experience ever had. The company required a supplemental liability insurance of $25.99 per day when I picked up the car. It left me no choice but to purchase it.If it was mentioned when booking, I would never choose this one or at least rent for less days. Cost me around $130 on more supplemental liability insurance and the cost is more than the rental fee. Be careful .

“OVERPRICED CROOKS”

Many many many add-on surprise prices added to our costs. Unnecessary toll transponder for insane price and would not decline insurance without proof. The extra fees were very very insane. Will never rent there again. I don’t blame service staff and car was fine. This was obviously scripted from management. Awful. Awful. Awful.
