I book car whit full Insurance. (0 axcess), but Great Rentals ask me abou toll fees ($7.2) and labor cost and cleaning fess($160) are total $167.20. This cost they already taken from the holding fees.
Car was very old. Tyres were in bad condition, the radio was programmed in Japanese so couldn't listen to it or use it. The wheel alignment was badly out pulling to the left the entire time. This is a safety issue!
Vehicle was not ready for pick up upon arrival
Vehicle booked for 9am I was running late
Arrived at 10am and still had to wait 30 mins while vehicle was being cleaned from previous customer
