The staff were excellent, especially Mark.

The car was ok, but not very clean. The two front tyres were too low in air. The receptionist was friendly, but constantly speaking to her colleague in a foreign language (chinese??), which I thought was not very nice at all. She did ask her male colleague to look at the tyres and he put more air into them. When we pointed out the uncleaned boot space, he took the car and lateron returned it cleaned.

Car was a lot older than expected from displayed picture at booking.

Car was an older Japanese import and unfortunately the radio did not work otherwise it would of been 10 out of ten

Booking was quick and easy would defiantly use again

This was probably the best experience with rental cars, we ever had. Everything worked out perfectly well. The folks at Great Rentals were awesome!!
