Overall, it was pretty good. I'm just not sure if they'll find excuses to deduct money later. I didn't buy the collision damage waiver. When I arrived, an elderly lady told me that it's illegal not to buy it in Los Angeles. I directly replied, 'I just want to break the law, is that not allowed?' She was speechless afterward.
Overall service was good. Initially, they wanted to charge for the second driver, but later said my package included a second driver, so no extra fee was charged.
I like their staff!
