Very convenient, easy to find the location, quick procedures.

The rental company is very professional, but slightly expensive.

The website didn't mention that people under 25 couldn't rent an 8-seater. When we got to the store, the staff refused to rent us the reserved car because the driver was under 25. However, we did not see any notice about this on the booking page before.

Firstly it was very hard to get in touch with the Avis staff at Kununurra. The 2 phone numbers when I tried to call prior to the trip had messages on them stating that the phone message box was full. This also happened when I arrived at 11am to pick up the car (.When I returned the car the message bank still hadn't been dealt with and there were other frustrated people).Finally I talked to the cafe worker who knew the Avis rep and he called her. She said she was on her way and would be 5 mins.By this time it was 11.30.She was pleasant and apologised but I expect more professional service.

There were a queue hence we had to wait for at least 30 mins to pick up the car. But service is good, location of car rental is just right next to the arrival hall. Easy to locate, car is clean and what I needed. Drop off is easy too.
