They would not honor the reserved class and downgraded to a lower vehicle class. I don’t know if this was miscommunication between QEEQ and Ace or all on Ace but I won’t be using them again.

The reservation process went smoothly and the price dropped about $20 after I made the reservation. The big problem was that I didn’t get the vehicle that I reserved. I reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee or equivalent and Ace wouldn’t accept my reservation for that class and downgraded me.

i was a little worried about my rental because of a bad experience with another company in april. ace was great. the shuttle from the airport was wonderful, the pick up agent was efficient and was quick to get us in an out. the car itself was fine. the drop off was smooth and the shuttle back to the airport was great.

nice and easy to cost compare vehicles and look at the different ratings for each of the companies. overall, it was smooth and easy.

Facility was dirty; counter staff was not friendly; added some charges (not outrageous, but unexpected). Overall was OK at best, but I hate getting overcharged last minute.

Pressure sales are not a great way to be successful for business cause the customers don’t come back, scaring customers what might happen if additional packages aren’t bought risks customers loyalty and good ratings if it doesn’t benefit. I get it it’s the biz but as the customer honesty would of got a lot more business, loyalty and good ratings.

Like: Staff were professional and gave great advice and information.
Dislike: I liked everything.
