Lovely Filipina served me on pick up - we spent a while sharing some trip tips for her upcoming visit to Spain. I trusted Dollar once and, because of that, I chose them again this time - could not have done a better choice! Great car in perfect condition, great service and price - what else can you ask for? That lovely feature of you called Price Drop Protection worked to perfection (once again) and helped me save £35 before I even stepped on my airplane to go to Calgary. We didn’t agree to add any extra insurance, and it wasn’t explained what additional service was added. We were charged 72.78 CAD and initially thought it was some kind of service tax issue. Later, after communicating with customer service, we found out there were no additional charges.

I rented two cars, but only one was available because the card of the owner of one car couldn't be processed. It seemed their card machine was too old. Dollar requested a change of the primary owner, but the rental company said it wasn't possible, so we had to get a cash refund.
