They gave us a brand new Toyota Sienna (only 16 miles driven), I bought the full insurance package and they didn’t push any other insurance or services. The car had 1/4 tank of gas when we rented it, so we returned it with the same amount.

We were a little confused at pick up as we came to the airport by private car. We found the pick up point but thought we were at the wrong place as it said it was for gold members dropping off. As there was a queue we couldn’t ask a staff member and a person in the queue told us we were at the wrong place. Some clearer signage would have helped us

The drop off location was hard to find. There was no way to get a taxi. It was out of the way.

The met my expectations on dependability. It does average of any new car. The customer service reps were very nice. Simple to pick up and drop off. No hassles.

This was the first time I rented on Easyrentcars.com. it was simple. Not sure about the price drop thing but I would check out the site again.
