Car had a built in SatNav which was essential, but the upgrade was $280 ($20 dollars per day), over half again the $440 we paid QEEQ for the original booking.

The Chrysler mid-size sedan we were promised to see at 9 am on the 18th was not available. They said the car would return to their lot by 10:30 am, but only a small Nissan sedan returned then. By 11 am, the Chrysler still had not arrived, and QEEQ contacted me to downgrade to the Nissan sedan. I hope we can be refunded the price difference and compensated for the 3 hours wasted at Disneyland in the morning, with a clear resolution.
Excellent service. Since it was my first time driving on a toll highway and I didn't know how to pay, a Hertz employee was very helpful and called to pay the toll for me when I returned the car. I'm truly grateful; they saved me a lot of money. For future visitors driving in the U.S., if you don't want to take the highway, set the GPS to avoid highways. If you're okay with highways, remember that at toll booths, you have to exit the main line to pay and then merge back in.

I booked a SUV and I literally got a 4 wheel drive hatch back. Very underpowered. I had questions about EZ pass. The staff brushed off the questions and said I had to deal with a 3rd party pass plate. Not very impressed. When I dropped off the car I had to pick up another car. They just gave me the same crap car back to me as they said they had nothing else left.
