Easy process

The car was very comfortable and very good on gas (hybrid) would definitely rent again...! It was in good condition and it was a green upgrade from the MG ZX that I reserved!

The booking platform was awesome and simple and easy to use. Loved the AI self reserve system to help me save money Highly recommend

The front desk staff had a good attitude, and the online check-in was completed within 10 minutes. However, I booked an Audi A6 Avant and ended up with a Ford Kuga SUV at pick-up, which is not on the same level. At the very least, it didn’t even have electric seat adjustment. Thankfully, this car is a hybrid, offering a surprising level of fuel efficiency. Perhaps this is just how Europeans do business. Overall, it was acceptable.

The staff were helpful but slow. I am very dissatisfied at the long delay to get my deposit refunded. I have not received it & the documents say it will be betwen 4 - 8 weeks.

The car was clean and well maintained. Great size for what we needed. Finding the shuttle from the airport to the car pickup was not very strait forward. In one email we received, it states in small print what shuttle service to use, in another there was no mention of the shuttle company. We waited at the airport for over an hour and had to call Noleggiare twice before someone told us what shuttle to look for.
