Average. The staff's attitude during pickup was mediocre, barely responsive. The car had scratches that were not marked on the inspection sheet. When I asked an employee to check, they told me to take pictures myself and show them when returning the car. At drop-off, I showed the pictures, but the staff didn't even look at them and just had me sign and leave. If there are any additional charges, they need to be resolved later. I hope I don't get scammed. During the rental period, the car's navigation system kept shutting off automatically, requiring manual restart, which affected driving safety.
The staff was extremely arrogant. The car was already very old, with almost 80,000 kilometers on it, and should not be rented out. On the fifth day of driving, the central door lock broke, and we needed towing assistance. Even the towing service couldn't help, and the car was towed away.
After returning the car, none of the expenses were visible. We bought full insurance for over 900 euros, and after returning the car, we were charged more than 4000 euros additionally. We have no idea what the charges are for, and when we inquired, we were told that the damages were not covered by the insurance. It's outrageous!
There were not many people in the morning when we arrived. The staff only briefly promoted the insurance. After learning that we already bought insurance on the QEEQ platform, they didn't push anymore but instead recommended the 65€ option for returning the car with an empty tank. They also mentioned that we could choose to return the car with a full tank.
The experience was quite average as the return location and route were not clearly explained. I had to find out the return location myself. The staff said to navigate to 2E, but after parking at 2E and leaving the key with the parking ticket clearly indicating the parking spot, the next day the staff claimed they didn't see the ticket and couldn't find the car, charging me 250 euros for parking. Very disappointing!
The service staff in Paris were nice. However, the car did not have a USB charging port; it seemed to be type-C, so keep that in mind. The car had Google Maps installed, and once you log in with the same account as your phone app, you can send navigation routes directly to the car. The car return process is self-service.
