All good except for an unauthorised and unexplained debit of $60 on my credit card 3 days after our return. Car was returned with full tank, no damage. Am seeking explanation and refund from you!!

No Chinese service encountered. Pick-up time was one day earlier than scheduled (damn time difference), so an extra day's fee was added. The rental car had no power the next day and required a call for assistance.

Fuel tank was empty upon pickup. Said I would not need to deliber fill, but was inboiced incorrectly. Difference will be refunded (havent seen on bank yet). Hired from avis before and never had this issue so I hope it is a one off
