Received an unexplained charge half a month after returning the car and coming back home. After raising the issue with Zuzuche, was informed that the car was returned to the wrong location.
I returned the car on May 28 and as of today, August 13, the deposit still hasn't been refunded. Every time I complain to the rental company, they tell me to wait and they can't contact the car dealership. Terrible rental company, terrible service!
It was a terrible experience. The car broke down when we arrived to pick it up, and it took a long time to get a replacement. We ended up with a car meant for 5 people, but squeezed in 6. I had to handle all the communication with the rental company myself. They said they gave me a discount of over 100 yuan, but I was in a rush and didn't press the issue.
