Entièrement satisfaite de l'accueil et du contact chez Hertz et donc je reprends à 2 mains la location chez eux lors de mes prochaines vacances!

J'ai eu peur car je n'avais pas de traces de ma réservation alors que le paiement avait eu lieu, mais ils m'ont retrouvé cela très vite sur le forum et je les en remercie!

Utterly appalling pick up experience. Huge very slow queue. Way way worse than all the other rental car people at the same airport and time. Incredible that they had apparently made no effort to staff up or flexibly on a very busy Saturday and their process was itself useless - very paper driven rather than online and ready in advance which again the other companies had done (a relative was picking a car up from Budget so we had direct experience of that on the same day). in short - hugely disappointing.

The car exceeded my expectations. I paid for a mini sized car and got an SUV - Peugeot 2008 with 1995km on the clock, so pretty much brand new. The only suggestion from me to Hertz would be, since it is an international company, to provide the paperwork to a client in English on demand, regardless in which country the branch is. I was asked to sign the paperwork that was entirely in French so had to take the clerk's word for what I was signing. That is not a professional way to do it.

Long wait, man at the desk very helpful and cool

Nice brand new car but it needed cleaning on the outside and still had plastic protection stuck to the wheels. Nice car but the cleanliness let it down. Must of literally rolled off the truck and nothing more.
