Very easy

I booked a 7-seater well in advance, but when I got to the rental place, they said they had no cars. They gave me a 4-seater, which couldn't fit our luggage. After a long negotiation, they finally provided a 7-seater. Their attitude was terrible. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation.

Due to a mistake by the rental company, they labeled the wrong fuel type, causing us to fill the car with the wrong fuel, which led to the car breaking down. We had to wait in line again to get a replacement car, and there was no apology from them. The process was extremely slow.

When picking up the car in Lyon, it was changed from automatic to manual without prior notice. After complaining, they swapped it for an automatic, but from a large MVP to a mid-sized one. There were other unclear issues, and when we repeatedly asked the staff, they were very impatient and even rude to my friend. We wanted to pay cash, but the staff said to pay upon return, only to find out at the Nice branch that they charged the credit card. Overall, a very poor experience.

The staff were very friendly, and the car was in excellent condition. It was practically new with only 3000 kilometers. A very good experience.

The service provided by the lady at CDG Terminal 2F was excellent. The new car had an odor, and she helped us by contacting her manager for a replacement. We are very grateful to her. Initially, we went to Hertz at Terminal 2E, and they said there were no other cars available.
